Can you show me in the doll where he touched you?

Would you consider doing anal?

Can you recite pi to 50 decimal places?

Perhaps you could give this a little more context?

Do you have a current valid fork lift drivers licence?

TBH mate I'm not sure how relevant that question may be to the job in question, but seeing as you seem to be an imbecile it may well work out well for you one way or another.

Do you know what sort of person or skills you're looking for?

If so, I'd try and ask some questions which might ascertain of either of these candidates match your requirements.

Second interview so you should already know or have a good idea that they can both do the job.

In this situation I would start by asking first interview type questions, around the job role but questioning harder and asking for examples of previous experience. Depending on if you were in the first interview or not I would let this take up 30-50% of the time.

After that it would all to do with finding out who they are as a person - making them relax is key. Seeing as you know they can do the job, you are really just choosing who you see as fitting in with the team.

Yes I have been on an interview panel....question would depend on what it is that's important for the job I guess. Something that would prompt a witty answer for example would see how good they are at thinking on their feet

Re: Any one ever conducted an interview?
Trevor B so how have you came to that conclusion?

Re: Any one ever conducted an interview?
The manager asks me to come up with questions for the interviews, but she never wants me on the panel. She is therefore happy to leech off my knowledge, but doesn't have any faith in my charm or ability to pass myself off as a corporate wonk. Which, naturally, is extraordinary.

If they're birds ask them if they swallow. If they're blokes ask if they like it up the rectum.

It's quite easy...you asked WHO for interview questions, that classes you as an imbecile! I presume you have a line manager/mentor, maybe it would be good to discuss with them!

Re: Any one ever conducted an interview?
Always follow up their initial answers by asking for an example and then hone in on specific details to check that they haven't just made the answer up.

Ask them to think of an instance when they were responsible for something going wrong and ask them how they dealt with it.

My final question is always "Do you play -a-side?"

5-a-side

"Trevor B so how have you came to that conclusion?"

The conclusion that you are an imbecile, I presume? Well firstly from your opening post, and the confirmation from your above post.

I used to do competency based interviewing, but as you are through to the second round I'm out

Re: Any one ever conducted an interview?
You are asking the questions, right?

I assume you know what 2nd interviews are for.

So "Tea or coffee - milk and sugar?" will do. The manager will take it from there and they'll want to know who is more more suitable for the job out of the two candidates.
